The Awakening
Behold our inaugural single cask brandy: The Awakening. This exceptionally rare release is crafted from wild-fermented Chenin Blanc grapes from old vines in the Swartland.
Double pot-distilled to perfection, this spirit matured for three and a half years in Cask A2, an exquisite French Oak Octave cask (50 L). The result is a dark, deeply complex brandy with a warm, fruit-forward profile, harmoniously layered with balanced spices and a lingering finish. To enable more flavour explorations, this brandy is bottled at the high alcohol strength of 54.6%.
With only 66 bottles produced, this is an unmissable collector's treasure.
This is the first edition of a series of four limited edition single cask brandies.
