This small batch Single Malt Spirit is made from South African and specially roasted malts, and then distilled in our pot and column still. The heart cut is matured on toasted Hickory wood using our AccelerAge® technology. The light gold colour is accompanied by the warm malty base, with light fruity and nutty notes, with a creamy mouth feel and long finish.
Our AccelerAge® technology allows for the use of alternative wood expressions using the same base spirit.
Nose: Delightfully lively pepper and fruit balanced over a light malty nutty sweetness
Palate: A distinctly creamy body filled with bittersweet spice
Finish: A lingering round and warm finish
Bottled at 46% ABV.
